Booking is accepted on the understanding that you realize the
hazards involved in this kind of holiday; including injury, disease, loss or
damage to property, inconvenience and discomfort due to weather, mechanical
breakdown, local political conditions or other unforeseeable circumstances.
The outline itinerary given for each trip must be taken as an
indication of what each group / individual should accomplish and not as a
contractual obligation on part of Yasmin Trek & Tours.
Company is not liable to supply alternative tour,
accommodation, services or staff for the period when the client is not
present with the group / individual due to certain personal reasons, to
complete the itinerary outlined for a holiday.
To make a booking you must send us a deposit of 10% of the
total cost and mail us a confirmation letter. We'll then invoice you for the
reminder of the cost, which you must pay on arrival.
If you cancel your booking less than 8weeks before, the booking
amount will not be refunded.
